Business Intelligence for Societal Equity: Democratizing Data for Fair Workplaces

This paper presents the Equity & Fairness BI Framework — deployed at enterprise telecom and cable providers — that embeds equity metrics (pay parity, promotion rates, SLA fairness) directly into enterprise BI pipelines. The invoice anomaly classifier recovered $8M+ in overbilled invoices at a major Telecom carrier and identified $5M+ in SLA credit opportunities at Cox, demonstrating that ethical BI creates measurable financial value.
